ViewIT is an end-to-end real estate solution, combining the agent and client journey into one seamless experience. Agents use ViewITs proprietary tech to upload customized video listings. Clients then watch and interact with these listings and if they like what they see, they can contact the agent for further details.
ViewIT is the Snap Chat for Real Estate.
The first problem we are solving is that of clarity. While pictures speak a thousand words, videos speak millions. We want to provide customized video walk-throughs of Properties that Buyers and Tenants can watch via their mobile or on the web, without having to download an App.
ViewIT is an application for both iOS and Android. Using ViewIT, real estate agents can take short, customizable video clips of their listings, Geo-tag their location and within a minute, upload them to our real estate portal, Viewit.ae.
While other real estate portals have 3D and video walk-throughs, the method by which agents upload to them to these sites is laborious which is why they make up less than 5% of their total listings.
On viewit.ae, every listing will be a dynamic video experience, due to the ease of upload and the features we plan to roll out with the app.
The second problem we want to solve is that of verified listings. Once the agent is at the location, they must verify their location by dropping a PIN. This way, the client knows for certain that the agent has been to the Property and taken an authentic video, adding a level of clarity and transparency that is missing in the market.
ViewIT is going to be the only way agents upload listings. Our goal was to add dynamism to a static industry. We want to put agents in the driver’s seat by allowing them to customize their listings using the features we have added.
